At 9:18 am Station 50 and 60 were dispatched to a two vehicle accident with possible entrapment on Benns Church Blvd at Cypress Crossing. Rescue 50 and Medic 64 responded with Chief 502 (Hackney). Chief 502 marked on scene to find a 2 vehicle accident, both vehicles with heavy damage. Upon further investigation Chief 502 reported to Rescue 50 of one victim still in the vehicle needing to be extricated. Rescue 50 arrived on scene, quickly stabilizing the vehicle, and preformed a simple door pop. Engine 52 handled hazard and fluid control. Rescue 50 remained on scene to assist with patient packaging before clearing. In all, Station 50 units were on scene for 15 minutes.
