Initial reports from dispatch were for smoke coming from a house on the property. E-50 went en-route with a crew within 2 minutes of dispatch along with E-52 clearing from an alarm activation elsewhere in the district. Upon arrival of E-50 with 501 (Chief Stallings) a single story private dwelling was found with heavy fire from side 'A' and venting from the roof. 503 (Asst Chief Savage) arrived to take command while E-50 entered the structure for an aggressive interior attack, with E-51 establishing water supply. Due to the lack of hydrants, additional tankers were used for water supply. The fire was quickly knocked down by crews and extensive overhaul was needed, crews cleared at 3:30 pm.
