AT 0423 hrs sta 50 & 60 were dispatched to an accident with entrapment at the intersection of 258 and foursquare rd. 501,504, R50 and E53 marked enroute. while enroute R50 requested to add Squad 10 to the assignment. 501 arrived on scene with two vehicles one in the ditch and one on its side up against a tree and established command. 501 advised R50 that he had one confirmed trapped in the vehicle on its side. R50 arrived on scene and started stabilizing the vehicle and shortly after E53 arrived on scene and assisted with stabilization and extrication. Squad 10 and 102 once on scene assisted with extrication of the patient and loading into the medics. together crews removed the roof of the vehicle and extricated the patient in 24 minutes from time of dispatch. the patient was ground transported to Riverside hospital by medics. all units cleared shortly after.
