On October 28 at 0501, Rescue 50 and Engine 53 under the command of Smithfield 504 (Edwards) responded to a two vehicle MVA with one trapped. Units on scene rapidly extricated and removed one patient to EMS (Station 60) where they were further transported to a local trauma center by air ambulance.
