On July 18, 2015 "The 50 House" hosted a Irons Academy class by Real Fire Training. This course focused to strengthen and build on the student's foundational forcible entry skills. Students repeatedly forced doors via a series of door props while using a strengthened systematic approach. We had students attending class from various departments:

-Chesapeake Fire Department
-Portsmouth Fire Department
-Norfolk Fire Department
-York County Fire Department
-Smithfield Vol. Fire Department
-Chuckatuck Vol. Fire Department
-Warrenton Fire Department
-Navy Regional Fire Department
