Tonight S.V.F.D held a training drill on roof ventilation. The class was taught by LT. Brian Singles and Firefighter Greg Sellers in which students had hands-on training covering proper techniques in cutting on pitched roofs for ventilation. The class also went over different saws and hand tools to be used for cutting roofs and how to operate them in a safe manner. There was a good turnout of members and it was another successful training drill here at the "50" House.
