Station 50 Runs 1st Fire of the Year

At 7:11PM the SVFD was dispatched to a structure fire in the 14000 block of Foursquare Rd. ENG 51 arrived on scene to find a detached garage with a vehicle on fire inside. The crew from ENG 51 stretched a front bumper line and within a minute had good conversion on the fire. ENG 52 remained on scene to assist with overhaul and cleanup. Units cleared. Ride Along "Jersey" Jake S. who was riding with ENG 51 got to see first hand how the SVFD takes care of business. No one was injured and the cause of the blaze was unknown at the time of this posting. WATCH THE VIDEO
